Applied Software joins the FM:Systems Business Partner Program to deliver integrated building lifecycle management

ATLANTA — Applied Software recently joined the FM:Systems Business Partner Program to provide building owners and operators with full lifecycle building solutions, from building concept through design and construction to building management. FM:Systems is an innovator in the integrated workplace management systems (IWMS) and computer-aided facility management (CAFM) software market.

FM:Systems provides a link between the design and construction community and operations. Applied Software selected FM:Systems because of its configurability, ease of use, and integration with Autodesk products.

“We want to expand our solution portfolio in order to provide our owners and operators with a comprehensive solution that integrates BIM information with their facility operations,” said Applied Software President Richard Burroughs. “Building Information Modeling continues to gain momentum with architects, engineers, and general contractors. As owners realize the value of full lifecycle BIM, widespread adoption is certain. FM:Systems will help owners realize increased benefits far beyond design and construction.”

“We’re excited to work with Applied Software to help its customers extend the benefits of BIM to building operations and maintenance,” said Kurt von Koch, vice president of Sales at FM:Systems. “This partnership will allow Applied Software to broaden its scope of services and also allow FM:Systems to expand our market presence.”
